I set a table when a thesis needs a room. Dates follow the briefing. There is no public calendar and there is no cart. If the stack is yours, I will write.
Room I / Operators
New York
People who already work this stack — compute, power, agents, labs — and can argue a constraint without a slide deck.
Watts & Interconnect
Power people and compute people in one room. If you only speak one side, you will hear the other.
Room II / Program + PIs
Washington / lab corridor
PIs, program staff, the people who write the FOA, sit the review, or run the facility. National-lab gravity, not a reception.
Overnight Lab
Closed-loop experiment operators. Robotics, edge AI, the overnight shift the models now demand.
The Attach Hour
Founders and PIs who are not on the 278. The doors that actually exist: consortium, user facilities, SBIR, paid Lux time.
Room III / Instrument-side
On site
A lab-side table when the work is at the instrument, not in a city. Same rules. Fewer chairs. I do not tour this as a circuit.
Beside the instrument
One briefing, next to the loop or the machine. I write if a PI or facility lead asks for it, and the thesis is real.
How a date appears
Dates attach after the briefing is set. I use the same list as the newsletter. There are no tickets.
